Nokmiwon's Saeng wasabi is made through native and cultured ways in the clean area of the Imsilkun.Nokmiwon Food Company has been equipped with automatic production process for a crude wasabi paste products since January of 2002. This clean wasabi is cultured by hundreds of farms with partnership in the clean area of the Imsilkun with the support of the Ministry of Agriculture and Fisheries.We have make 98% market-share of total domestic production of raw wasabi material. In addition, 24 tons is exported to Japan annually. In future we will sell to the domestic market, as well.
