Our co is in mfr and supplying of garments / plywood / glass and wld now like to diversify into paper, industrial machine supply and hence we wld like to be an agent for companies who wld like to operate in India. It wld be purely on commision basis and no fixed expenses has to be borne by our overseas partner. Our co. Wld be providing all basic infrastructure and manpower to market the product but only thing is product should be competitive enough to be acceptable
