Aoya Elastic Inc, formly Australasian Ribbon Limited, was found in 1993, covers an area of 26,000 square meters, construction area of 21,000 square meters in Dongyang city, Zhejiang Province, with a variety of models of advanced knitting, weaving and jacquard equipment, specializing in the webbing of the design, development, weaving, sales and service. We have totally about 270 company staffs, 440 machines of which 260 produces weaving/jacquard products,120 machines supporting the improved detection, ironing, dyeing , embossing and other auxiliary procedures. For the knitting line, over 60 knitting looms with a capacity of 100-150tons output every month. In 2000 our company introduced ISO9001 quality management system. In 2008, 5S Process: Seisi, Seiton, Seiso, Seiketsu, Shitsuke (Tidiness,Orderliness,Cleanliness,Standardization,Discipline), and ERP system in 2014.
