Shadow gym was estabalished january 2010. By William Mulcahy. It has currently been growing from strength to strength with a rooster of now 40+ fighters under gym contract. fighting in amatuer and pro competitions. the other side to shadow gym is the shadow fight and training gear. which we distribute and sell to the public at the gym and via our online store.
