The Firm Level Assistance Group (FLAG) is a consortium of United States Agency for International Development (USAID) - funded, non-profit organizations, engaged in firm-level assistance. The main goal of FLAG is to accelerate the development and growth of private Bulgarian enterprises in a competitive environment.
