ISSA Incorporated was created to represent thewholesale division of the highly successful ISSA Group. As theenterprise moved from strength to strength, a natural subdivisionwas called for. This new division of the group would enable itspersonnel to devote more time and attention to their much valuedclientele. Effectively, a process for delegation to ensure optimumefficiency was set in motion.The partition process was spread over threephases culminating in the year 2000 when ISSA Incorporated achievedcomplete autonomy from ISSA.
