Geminyand Three Star are our leading brandsWe have the most mechanised manufacturing setup for completedomestic and semi-industrial sewing machines in the country. Atpresent the total covered area of the world-class productionfacility is 12000 sq. meters in 50000 sq. meters of land ingovernment approved industrial area at Ludhiana, Punjab located onnational highway (NH1) Ludhiana- Delhi Road. It is within closeproximity to ICD. We currently produce 500000 sewing machines and220000 sewing machine stands per annum and 500 tons of grey ironcasting for the market.We have a skilled and semi-skilled workforce of 700 workers.In 1981, we had set up a semi-mechanized foundry with a richbackground in sewing machine assembly. In order to modernize theprocess and improve the quality and quantity of casting, we havenow upgraded to a fully mechanised process. We recently ImportedTwo Nos.New Fully Automatic Horizontal Flask less High pressureMolding Lines from Koyo, Japan with 700*600*160~250/mm mold sizeand capacity of 250 Molds per hour. We also installed a FullyAutomatic Sand Plant with processing capacity of 60 Tons perhour.For uniform machining, we continuously upgrade our machining setupwith New automatic hydraulic SPMs. A new fully conveyorisedpaintshop has been installed which has improved the quality andlife of our product.We have also setup a world-class pattern shop/tool room with CNCand VMC machines.All of our in-house capabilities help us fulfil orders atcommited time.
