Production base in TianjinIn order to expand production capabilities, Richpeace began to purchase a land and built its own factories in Tianjin in 2006. In the first half of 2007, the new production base was completed. Richpeace has invested around $10 million on the land, buildings and other infrastructure development. It covers a land area of 20 acres, building area of 35,000 square meters, including one office building, six workshops, one material yard, three staff dormitories and one eatery.In order to further protect the quality of products, Richpeace also introduced a number of domestic and foreign advanced manufacturing equipment, such as CNC Machining Center, fully automated compute numerical control machining center, large gantry milling machine, VSR, GMAW, and so on. The factory has a capacity of manufacturing 100 multi-head computerized embroidery machines and 50 quilting machines. Richpeace is manufacturing all the critical mechanical and electronic parts in house except hook set, needles and some plastic parts.Richpeace has become the only one from China who can provide customers real sense electronic & mechanical integration machinery. This is due to the fact that Richpeace developed all kinds of computer control systems of different textile & garment machinery. So Richpeace has the best understanding & knowledge to make the computer control system with advanced software to match with high quality & super precision mechanical parts & components.
