3. New product: Company shall add not less than 100 styles - developing of its own for every season.
4. Style bank: Maintenance of Fabric data sheet and garment data sheet along with sample for exact reproduction in bulk.
5. Panel of Suppliers and Selection:
BY2 Fashions shall maintain a panel/directory of suppliers who are capable and competent to perform with commitment. Selection of suitable suppliers for any customer requirement will be purely on the performance merits
