Terms of Payments,
We deal in the terms of F.O.B , C/F and LC,
F.O.B and C/F 45% in advance and remaining 55% at the time of delivery.
Quresons Management really understand the concerns of overseas costumers
and we really know it is not easy to deal with overseas countries. Looking at all
these type of issues we offer our new respected costumers to pay by Paypal.
Paypal is known as a safe way to pay.
Paypal does not work in Pakistan. We use our England office to offer this service.
Paypal service is offered to our New costumers those are dealing first time with
Quresons. We realize costumers feel safe to deal by paypal. We do not use paypal
for big order.
We would like to address here that we prefer payment method by T/T bank to
bank. According to the rules of Government of Pakistan we need to declare payment
received from overseas costumers. At the time of shipment we need to attach some
bank documents named E form against the payment we received from overseas costumer.
This E form is filled in with detail of goods, Consignee and exporter company name
address and figure of payment. It helps to declare payment and export process to
the Federal Board of Revenue Government of Pakistan,
Paypal does not work in Pakistan so it is not possible to perform according to the
mentioned above when the payment is done by Paypal. Hope in next year paypal
facility will be available in Pakistan.
We do not prefer Western union payments because it is not legal way to pay amounts.
In some cases we use western union such as sampling or small shipments.
Delivery Information,
Quresons always prefer well known and experienced Shipping companies specially those
have own clearance agent around the world. By cargo we deliver the products from our
factory to relevant Airport. We use Currier companies for Door to door delivery such as
Dhl, Fedex, Skynet express. We can use cargo to delivery products at your door but it cost
a bit higher, so we use Currier companies for door to door deliveries. We take 2 to 4 weeks
for all type of order. In some cases we can request for 6 weeks. It depends on the specification
of products.
In case you do not find the products as same as specification you can return all goods
and alternative or refund will be given in first priority.
