Our company is having a spare capacity of 7500 t / annum of gray / SG (Ductile) Iron. We are equipped with a Flask less High Pressure Molding Line from Koyo, Japan with Mechanised Sand Plant of 200 T capacity equipped with Eirich Intensive Sand Mixer. Melt Shop is equipped with 3 nos. Dual Track Plus 1250KW / 1500 KG capacity duraline furnace. Quality Lab is equipped with Spectrometer, Sand testing Lab, Japanese Microscope & UTM along with Brinell Hardness Tester etc.
Our Pattern Shop is equipped with HAAS Automation make VMC, Lathe, RD, Milling m / c, Drilling m / c etc. It is also having Solid Modeling Simulation Software for quick development of castings with less rejection.
