Wing Yip Polybag factory Ltd was established in 1972 in Hong Kong but we were moved to China Dongguan in 1992. With a massive plant size of 13,000 square meters, and a labour force of 300 workers, Wing Yip has been achieving a great and highly organized degree of specialization within its production units. There are currently 8 production units in full operation, each equipped with advanced and state of art technology which adds a competitive edge to the Company and enables Wing Yip to maintain a leading position in the field of polybag manufacturing. To keep the Company abreast of the ever changing market situations and versatile customer expectations, Wing Yip imports a wide range of machinery to support its production expansion and development. These include different kinds of tube forming machines which can produce RCPPLD-PEHD-PEPPPPEOPPPVC. The flexo and gravure printing machines have a printing capacity of up to 10 colours. Besides, we also have ziplock bags making machines, ultrasonic sealing machines, and injection molding machines for hook making etc. To meet the environmental protection trend in the past 10 years, we have investigated lots of stitching machines for the purpose of producing recycled shopping bags etc. On the other hand, we also developed the technique of producing oxo-biodegradable polybags.
Wing Yip Polybag factory Ltd is the nominated supplier of lots of international brands like Mark and Spencer, Tesco, United Colors of Benetton, Billabong, Replay, Sears, Gap, Henry Cotton, etc. The production capacity of Wing Yip in year 2013 was over 6000 tons of plastic. It possessed a turnover of USD13 million in 2013 and is forecasted at a rate of 10% increase even during the current economic downturn.
