A.R Export is our family run business stretching its roots, back several hundred years, initially as a traditional art workshop, comprising of the most skilled painters who excelled in recording history in form of magnificent miniatures on ivory panels, wooden tablets, leather, marble, cloth and walls. Patronised mainly by the royal families, for many generations, the A.R Export family created plush court scenes, hunting expeditions, flowers and lovely motifs. Our love for colours and patterns took a slight diversion after the end of the Colonial Era and the family ventured into the world of textiles, applying its tasteful knowledge and craftsmanship, into creating lovely block printed textiles and hand knotted carpets. Today we work closely with the local artists and tailors to bring together, under one roof, the most genuine handiwork not just from Rajasthan but all over India.
