I am writing on behalf of the ZAO Industrial Company DITECO. Our company is the oil-refinery plant located in Russia, Irkutsk, which produces and sells naphtha (for decomposition by heat). It is used in the petrochemical industry for producing olefins in steam crackers and in the chemical industry for solvent (cleaning) applications.
