Prima textiles / fluorescent international was established in 1990 and is engaged in the manufacture and export of knitwear and woven garments for the global market to the fullest satisfaction of its customers.
Location
The production facilities are located at industrial estate located at korangi and site with a total covered working area of approximately a little over 72, 000 sq. Ft.
Items
In wovens we manufacture and export jeans pants, shirts, jackets, in knitwear we exportpolo, t-shirts hanley, fleece hooded sweatshirts, crew neck and zippered, pyjama suits, and other night wears for men, women, boys and girls
Production capacity
Our production capacity at the moment is 50, 000 pcs. Per month of denim pants / shirts and approximately 75, 000 to 100000 t-shirts / polos per month which can be increased according to buyers requirements
We manufacture the following faded glory, no boundries, jc penny, v. F. Holoway, dz. . Etc
Machines
We have approx. 300 machines including all types of special machines.
Staff
We have highly qualified and professionally trained and experienced staff who excell in their respective field of work. Our production managers, merchandisers, quality control manager, and fabrication incharge have experience ranging from 10 to 15 years.
Quality control
Our quality control department works independently of the production department and reports directly to the management. All in-line and final audits are carried regularly as per buyers quality standards.
W e have copmpete facilities for checking fabric weight, color bleeding, color matching, wet and dry crocking, shrinkage, skewing, etc.
Embroidery facility
We have our own in-house embroidery unit consisting of Seven latest model japanese fully computerised 20 head, 9 color barudan machines
Knitting facility
We have our own knitting facilities for fleece, inter-lock, rib, we have 6 german myers knitting machines
Collar knitting
We have our own collar knitting facilities on computerised sema saki japanese machines
Lead time
Lead time 60 / 90 days after confirmation of order and reciept. Of letter of credit.
Seeking importers / stores with whom we can enter into strategic partnership in Pakistan and can make things happen for them.
Informatively we are currently manufacturing t-shirts, bed sheets in organic cotton for some of our principals.
