Sacks' Artichokes is a family run business managed by two sons under the strict supervision of their father. The business produces a wide variety of artichokes and is located in South Africa. The benefit of which is that the harvesting season starts in September which affords an opportunity to supply the Northern Hemisphere during the winter season thus assuring a constant supply of the freshest produce.
