Nanoln, established in 2010, is a company specialized in producing single-crystal lithium niobate thin films. Our research and development laboratories have been acknowledged by numerous universities and scientists as some of the most technologically advanced Class 100 cleanrooms in China. Our people are dedicated and well experienced in the optical crystal and semi-conductor fields, and we have advanced facilities to produce high quality products.As one of the most important opto-electronic materials, LiNbO3 crystal is widely used in the fields of integrated optics, non-linear optics and opto-electronic components. The product we manufacture is single-crystal LN thin films which are 50 to 900 nm thick and 3 inches in diameter. Our wafer could be called LNOI (lithium niobate on insulator).
