Our company, Emir Haktan Food Company, is the successor of Abes Agricultural Products Trade and Industries Co. which was founded as a family company in 1866, in Susurluk , Balikesir. In 1977 the company moved its head office to Izmir. In 1983, it was reorganized and in addition to local trade, started foreign trade as well. Emir Haktan Food Company is dealing with the export of every kind of agricultural products, especially spices and oil seeds (cumin seeds, sesame seeds, anis seeds, fennel seeds, poppy seeds, laurel leaves, thyme, oregano etc), nuts (pistachios, walnuts, almonds etc.), figs, raisins, apricots, chestnuts and pulses (chick peas, white beans, red and green lentils), oils (sunflower, olive oil etc.), stable(almond oil, cumin oil etc.)and volatile oils since more than a century.
