The company was established in 1997 on the basis of Altai State Medical University.The company has its own bee breeding (over 250 bee families) in the foothills of Salair Ridge in Soloneshensky and Zmeinogorsk districts of the Altai Krai, it also has its own plantations of medicinal herbs and berries in the Soviet region (most of them is sea buckthorn - more than 200 ha), as well as a huge procuring base in the Trans-Baikal Territory.
