We produce virgin coconut oil (vco) from selected fresh coconut. Our vco specification: Free faty acid <=0.1%, moisture <=0.1%, lauric acid >= 47%. Process by good manufacturing practices (gmp) trained workers. Operational process, cleaning&sanitation program are strict control, documented & traceable records, periodic evaluation.
