Regading Olive Oil Sancho: We are a small cooperative of family producers located in the heart of Spain, Ciudad Real. For many centuries we have been working on this area, producing the best extra virgin olive oil to be presented in any discerning table of the world. Property in our land is inherited from father to son generation after generation, thus preserving the spirit and the soul of family production and care for quality.
Gathered around some 9 mills in total, some 15 cooperatives produce yearly around 6.000.000 litres of extraordinary pure Extra Virgin Olive Oil. Olive trees are harvested in our area and only few hours later the fruit is cold pressed in our mills to preserve its components in its whole complexity. Only this way we can guarante the extraordinary quality of our "liquid gold". From the tree to your table: taste it and you will learn what uniqueness mean.
