The ORKULA olive oil-press is situated in Sibenik, in the region with long tradition, where Croatian King Petar Kresimir IV reigned. It is quickly developing into a very dynamic export business.
Rich in flavor and with a unique aroma, the extra extra virgin olive oil from the Sibenik area has low acidity 0.1% which gives it a very smooth and delicate flavor.
The extra virgin olive oil ORKULA comes from the organically grown olive trees and is produced by unheated treatment (cold process).
The uniqueness of the region and the climate of Adriatic coast along with the high technological equipment at the ORKULA olive oil-press give a final product rich in aroma, a full flavor and a perfect aftertaste, ideal for fresh salads and steam-cooked vegetables.
