Sotirale-Bio is a family owned & operated farm based at Vatika; a dale located in-between the coastlines of Monemvasia & Neapoli in the prefecture of Lakonia in Southern Greece.
We belong to the small farmer community and our products thus, are offered in Limited quantities. We regret saying this but simply it cannot be done otherwise. Pureness, Flavor and Aroma is what our customers expect from us, and their wish is our "Modus Vivendi".
Olive oil from trees that are more than 150 years-old and honey by bees harvesting heavenly pastures; that is what makes the Sotirale-Bio products so fine.
Organic cultivation, hand-picking, and cold extraction solely by mechanical means within 24 hours of the harvest ensure the olive oil's premium quality status; where-as the master craftsmanship of our bees and the richness of the Vatika pastures ensure the making of honeys of mouthwatering flavors and delightful aromas.
Finally, our commitment to quality means that we have to be in charge of every stage of production, from planting & picking to processing and bottling.
