Vegetable oils are extracted from fruits, flowers & seeds of plants, essentially having the same constituents but its proportions may vary. One of the such principal vegetable oils is, extracted from one of these, Soy Bean, sunflower seed, rapeseed or palm tree. It accounts for approx. 18% of the world's edible oil requirement of the total consumptions. When you are making an older you need to specify that you want Vegetable of Palm, or Soybeans, or Sunflower or Rapeseed.
