Company was started in 1976 by Mr.Ronald Gopaul.Currently it is run jointly by Mr.Ronald Gopaul and Mr.Roger Gopaul.We are mainly an Importer/Distributor/Wholesaler,and we have built up a good reputation among our customer base for the products that we sell and our brands.
We have split the business into two brands.Chelsea's for food items and RG Products for Non- Food items.We have built up good partnerships with our packers that allows us to quote consolidated containers either from Trinidad or direct from packer's warehouse.
We now carry, Parboiled Rice from Brazil, Soya Bean oil from Argentina,Brazil and USA, Canned Fish from Thailand,Corned Beef from Brazil under our Chelsea's Brand, in addition to our core products of Coconut oil, Mustard oil, Black Disinfectant and Bay-rum under our RG Products brand.
In the future we plan to carry Coconut Milk Powder, Coconut cooking oil, Sweetened Condensed Milk and Chicken Vienna Sausages all under our Chelsea's Brand.
However we operate in a very competitive market, and affordability and quality must go together.We have never sold or continued to sell any product that was not of a fair quality.We pride ourselves on our names,and our reputation for quality. We believe that people must be true to their word and stand behind the products that they sell.
