Founded at the end of 1992 in Jinzhou New and Hi-tech Development Zone, Liaoning province, Qiaopai Company is a standard joint-stock enterprise stands by its independent intellectual property rights. By the end of 2001, there are 60 items of patent have been accepted by State Intellectual Property Office of P.R.C and 50 items of which had already been authorized and industrialized. Some of the patents had been listed into State Torch Plan (China's technology Development Plan).
