The Company was incorporated under the laws of Singapore on 12 June 2003 as a private company limited by shares. On 29 March 2004, we were converted into a public company and changed our name to “Guangzhao Industrial Forest Biotechnology Group Limited”.On 5 July 2004, the Company was listed on the Mainboard of the Singapore Exchange.
