We have a very small team working together to pick as many pounds of mushrooms a day as possible, while the season last. Then after that we go to a buyer to sell the mushrooms. We pick any edible mushroom on the market, when the season is on. As of now our main interest is to focus on finding the larger companies that buy/sell mushrooms.
