Shallow clay soil, extremeclimates, with large temperature fluctuations between seasons,creating the ideal conditions for the unique olive flavor andsubsequent aroma concentrates."DE DEUS" is an extra virgin olive oil, made from our early 100% ofarbequina harvest. The taste is a gesture full of nuances andsensory surprises. This oil is very complex in nuances of flavorand aromas, including tomato, fennel, artichokes, walnuts andalmonds.The taste is silky and smooth with a delicate spicy astringency.This a sophisticated oil with a strong personality and distinctivecharacteristics.Due to the rure area of the plantages and the adverse weatherconditions, special methods are in place to harvest this highlydesirable product.As we were approaching harvesting, our olives are tested for idealorganoleptic (aromas and flavors) and balanced intensity.It is for all these reasons, that our organic oil "DE DEUS" is theresult of hard labor to keep the productivity of our trees, yearafter year, to provide a high quality and limited product.
