Company Raskovnik in the 2010. began producing 100% organic shiitake mushrooms, in collaboration with the registered farms "Bralovic", which have more than a decade of experience in cultivating mushrooms (button mushrooms, oyster mushrooms).Today, we can proudly say that we have circled the entire production process - we have our own space for the production of substrates, the space for the incubation of the substrate, a tunnel (underground production space for substrate growth), refrigerators, dryers for drying fruits, vegetables and plants, machines for processing mushrooms (mills), the area for packaging, as well as the final product - in bulk packaging, glass or ceramic bowl.Our product passed all tests and analyzes in the most specialized, accredited and internationally recognized, control organization in Serbia and the region - Jugoinspekt Belgrade.
