The Cooperativa Olearia e Produttori Agricoli was founded in 1963 by some local producers, who wished to transform the hand-picked olives, from their own olive tree groves, into precious oil.Today, after more than 40 years, and with plenty of sacrifice, the firm represents a well-established reality, supported by the quality of its lands, to the extent that it counts much more than 1300 collaborators and a new structure, active since 2003.Our collaborators, after the oil production, and after having kept a sufficient quantity for their domestic requirements, bestow the exceed part to the Cooperative, which, thank to a very skilled staff, provides for the commercialization.
