The cultivation of our ideally located, semi-mountainous oliveyard is under Integrated Farm Assurance Food and Safety Standards (Agro 2.1 & 2.2).The quality of the final product drives all of our actions from the cultivation to the bottling and the final distribution to our customers. We are always dedicated to deliver an exceptional EVOO which is fresh, cold-pressed, with acidity lower than 0.35% and always not filtered.
