I represent a small olive mill making Extra Virgin Olive Oil in the heart of the oil production of Spain. The area between the cities of Cordoba and Jaen is famous for its high quality olive oil and has the largest olive tree plantations in the world. Since 2004 Jaen is also the only place in the world with an Olive Oil Futures Exchange (MFAO : Mercado de Futuros del Aceite de Oliva).Olives and olive oil has a strong presence both in peoples lives as in landscape, almost like a religion.
