We are 100% organic (also known in Europe as 'biological') under strict government regulation, we have a large property with its own fresh water springs, nuturing our over 700 trees which include aged olive trees, oak, pommegranite, sour cherry, fig, lemon, bergmot, oranges, blood oranges, and mandarines, black currant (tree), more tree (white and lilac), apricot tree, nespole tree, and they all live happily together here on I DUE DELFINI. We produce Olive oil and offer also olive wood, olive leaf and traditional fruit and fruit products. We use no chemicals anywhere here and there are none used by any orchards near us so you can be sure that our products meet the very highest standards.
