Hunan Longchan Forestry Development Co., Ltd.(hereinafter referred to as the Company) was founded in February2011, with an expected registered capital of RMB 20 million Yuanand current registered capital of RMB 6 million Yuan. The Companyis mainly engaged in forestry plantation, forestry projectscientific research, seedlings and flowers cultivation, landscapedesign and construction, forestry products processing and forestrytechnology consultation. The Company plans to build a high-yieldoil-tea camellia demonstration base reaching 100,000 ha. 15000 mu,,and the property-right of 40,000 ha. 6000 mu of which has beenunder circulation with 40 years lease term.
