Organic Agriculture is situated at the heart of the current argonomic modernity.It is defined as a system of specific agricultural production that uses the recycling of organic matter, rotation of corps and biological control. This system prohibits the use of chemical fertilizers, persticides or synthetic herbicides and genetically modified organisms(OGM) in order to seek the quality and the safety of the products and to respect that natural ecosystems.
