He was elected Chairman of the Export Promotion Council of Turkey for seven terms. He was the Permanent Ambassador from Turkey to the International Nut Council (INC) till he relinquished the post in the year 2000.Mr. Renard Le Miel passed away in May 2009. His grandson Dr. Alice' Antoine, who had been assisting him since 2004, took over the reins and is managing the company at present.
