We use theunique and patented equipment,which allows us to guaranteethehighest percentage of extracting intact halves of a walnutfrom60% up to 80%with the best qualityandpurity. We have equipmentsfor calibration nuts in shell, for removing the walnuts shell andsubsequent sorting and cleaning of the kernels. Production isthoroughly arranged and meets all the requirements of the EuropeanISO quality standard. The company is able to process more than2,000tonsof inshell walnuts per year. The scheme of working with ourcustomers is very simple: 1) We receive from our customers inshellwalnuts. 2) We extract the kernel of walnut using our uniqueequipment with quality not less than 60-80% of kernel halves. 3) Weclean the obtained walnut kernels from impurities. 4) We sort outthe kernels by structure and color manually or with photo sortingequipment 5) We package the finished product into the boxes (vacuumpackaging available) 6) We send the finished packaged walnutkernels back to our customers.
