Established in 1997, Liaocheng Jianhua Special Bearing Co., Ltd. is a private enterprise engaged in manufacturing and distributing high quality bearings. Our company is equipped with two groove ball product lines, one non-standard bearing plant and nearly 50 manufacturing workshops for pressing pieces. Currently, our annual output of deep groove ball bearings reaches 5 million sets, and pressed bearing and non-standard bearing of 10 million sets. Our annual production value reaches 30 million Yuan and total assets are up to 10 million Yuan.
We are specialized in manufacturing deep groove ball bearings, low noise motor bearings, pressed bearings and non-standard bearings. Our products are extensively applied in M&E, automotive industry, machinery, power and transmission equipment and pushcarts, and are exported to America, Japan, Korea, India, Canada and Australia.
Since establishment, we have been focusing on technology development and quality control. With dozens of specialized technicians, we have developed over 300 kinds of products, 100 of which are our flagship products. Currently, we develop one new product every five days on average. To meet customers' increasing requirements and keep competition in the strategically running market, we follow the industrial trend to carry out a series reform in 2004, such as reshaping workplaces, introducing advanced equipment and production procedures.
