We poduce high quality wood ear mushroom (Auricularia yudae) in Bogor, West Java, Indonesia since early 2006 by using natural wood media (instead of bag log) without any chemical fertilizer, pesticide or any added chemical materials. This method also is known as organic.
We are the only farm who produce wood ear mushroom (Auricularia yudae) with that mentioned method. This method can result higine and safe mushroom to be cunsumpted.
