Cosby Creek Farm is a family owned and operated mushroom farm dedicated to providing high quality fresh mushrooms to local restaurants, health food stores and farmers markets. We use no chemicals or pesticides for growing our mushrooms. Everything is done by hand, from mixing the substrates to picking the mushrooms.In addition to Fresh Mushrooms we sell mushroom kits (pearl, blue and golden) which you can grow in your own home. Excellent as gifts and easy for children to grow them.We also have other mushroom products (Dried Oyster Mushrooms and Oyster & Shiitake Mushroom Powders) available.
