Merry's Mushroom House was established and managed by RosemarieRobes who returned to the Philippines in 2013. Rosemarie wason a "mission" - you could say with a passion - to bring to themarket products that maintain or promote good health, while at thesame time being delicious. Oyster mushrooms were aperfect candidate and now, in just a short period of time, Merry'sMushroom House is already one of the larger Oyster mushroom growersin the Philippines. (We're now developing a range ofmouthwatering food products - authentic dishes - which will includeOyster mushrooms among the ingredients. Doing this withpassion, of course! More about these exciting developments inthe very near future.) Currently, Merry's Mushroom has the capability to supply between100kg and 150kg of fresh Oyster mushrooms daily. We alsodehydrate some of our crop and are able to supply driedmushrooms. Our market is predominantly local but wewelcome enquiries from the export and import communities. Rosemarie was driven to not only produce Oyster mushrooms involume, but to also maintain a consistently high quality ofproduct. This has been achieved throughpainstaking efforts which commenced with almost a year ofresearch and development. Now, the end result of this effortis a delicious and health promoting natural product which wasfirst offered locally in early 2014 and which, due to its wonderfulflavour and extensive health benefits, is fast becomingincreasingly popular.
