NORTA "Corporation LLC" is a Kazakhstan based mineral & exploration company, with office based in Almaty city. Since 2004 , "NORTA" Corporation LLC", involved in development and exploitation of mineral resources on mine of mineral natural stones (tuff stone). This mine located in "Kerbulak" district of Almaty city region (the area of the geological allocation to consist - 2.1 square kilometers). The the mineral reserves of tufaceous stone (tuff) on North site of "Arharlinskoe" mine are approved in amount - 3 061.00 thousands cum (the geological reserves by categories (B+C1), and with average block size of stones - 43,7%. Total reserves of mineral stones is exceed - 20 000 thousand cum. The mining works was started in 2010 on North site of mine, also presently be in progress the construction of career and was extracted on the order of - 1 thousands cum of rock- mass. The final product at the first stage of the project development is a modular blocks (quadras) for construction low-rise buildings, facing frontal wall tile blocks and paving slabs, stone blocks for enclosure and etc.With cost of one block- 2 US($) *s, but equal in volume to - 8 usual standard bricks the of cost construction of one standard cottage will not exceed - 500 US($) *s per square meter.At the following stages, the project foresee the production of high-technological marketable products on base of tuff-stone pebble(chips),in form of little fractions (the dry building mixtures, primary sorbents), as well as production of refractory products.For the reason of full-scale development of "Arharlinskoe" tuff stone , owners of the project is interesting in looking of strategic investor & partner is interested in investment of own capital or loan fund capital to this specified Kazakhstan project with high profitability, quick pay-back period and low risks.
