The Cooperative Agricultural Toudougou was approved by Decree No. 44 / 1613 of 29 March 2002 (Government Gazette No. 34 of the Republic of Ivory Coast) . It has its headquarters in Lauzoua-Carrefour, sub-prefecture of Guitry, Department of Divo, Southeast Region Bandama.
The Cooperative includes 1425 members returned in 20 locations around its headquarters. The average distance of each of these locations at headquarters is about 4 km on runways village carriage in all seasons.
On Jan. 14, 2005, she became registered with the Cooperative Export Trade Register as No. CI-ABJ-2005-B-129, with the trade name of CAT-Export.
Its purpose is mainly social production, purchase and export of coffee and cocoa.
