Aurora Agri-Ventures Producer's Cooperative (AAVPC) was a registered cooperative to the Philippine Cooperative Development Authority with registration number 9520-03021809 granted by the authority on May 24, 2012 at Quezon City, Philippines. It was also issued with a Certificate of Good Standing (CGS) which means it has complied with all the necessary requirements for such privilege.AAVPC has Five (5) Board of Directors, One (1) Manager, One (1) Treasurer, One (1) Bookkeeper, One (1) Audit and Inventory Committee which consists of Three (3) members, and the General Assembly.The Board of Directors meet monthly with a periodic report of the Manager regarding the operations of the cooperative's business.
