We now own 7 production lines of vacuum freeze-drying for FD foods with current international advanced technology to avoid nutritional ingredients lost, remain the same quality of internal & external, and retains most of the color, flavor, nutritional value of fresh vegetables and fruits. Besides, we have built 3000 cbm brine ponds to process some vegetables such as preserved garlic in salt which could make the smell and flavor more mild and the nutrition would keep much longer.
