Better Batters-Gauteng was established in July 2005. We currently employ 22 staff and produce fozen muffin mix, frozen pancake mix, frozen waffle mix, frozen crumpet mix, pre-baked muffins, tart bases (various sizes) ready-made sponge cakes. We currently supply all the regions in South Africa excl the Western Cape (where we have another factory) . We are strong in the private household market and work on a Distributor / Agent basis. We are also linked to a cold chain. We supply a number of major restaurant, coffee shop and hotel chains. We are currently looking for more business in the rest of Africa-having recently ventured into Zimbabwe we are eager to establish Distributors in Swaziland, Namibia, Lesotho, Mozambique, Zambia, Kenya & Botswana.
