ANHDO/HPS (Afghanistan National Horticulture Development Organization/ Horticulture support to the private sector) is an Afghan non-governmental organization registered with the Ministry of Economy that was founded in 2009 and supported EU.
EU Delegation in Afghanistan has allocated the consortium ANHDO/RI in Afghanistan for the implementation of the "Support to the development of the agriculture private sector". The project aims, as part of its specific objectives SO3, with the overall objective "Pilot demonstration of enhanced post-harvest management systems and market driven value chain development for key perennial horticulture crops within target areas and target groups" and expected result 1 of this objective "Grape and raisin value chain improved with enhanced harvest and post-harvest system for export and home market" is focusing on raisin processing improvements and marketing initiatives.
