The corporation was organized and created at the initiative of the Chairman of the Board, David U. Paypa whose family and relatives have consolidated their different Small land holdings and developed into Cavendish banana plantation.For an effective bargaining position of their banana product to be sold to the multinational banana corporation, the consolidation of the landholdings comes to accept this norms of banana trading in Davao and nearby provinces.
