Kukui Brand Preserving company was started in 1931 on the island of Kauai by a Japanese family who decided to preserve the abundant tropical fruits that are prolific on the Garden Island of Kauai. Since that time, Kukui Brand has become a staple in the homes of Hawaiians and throughout the world. We are using the Original recipes developed and marketed since that time. We harvest our own guava, process the fruit and make the jams and jellies using the original method. Our Guava jam/jelly, Mango Chutney and Poja jams are recognized as the best Hawaiian products in our field.
